Travel Request Form
This form is required for:
- trips lasting three nights or more
- trips involving air travel
- trips involving three or more troops, or more than one service unit
- international trips
This form must be submitted prior to the bulk of the trip planning to ensure approval, and must be submitted at least six months prior to departure. Approval of this form means your troop is approved to continue planning. Submission of this form does not constitute or guarantee approval to travel.
