Request for a Clergy Letter of Suitability

Please fill out the following form to request a clergy letter for your upcoming visit.
Letters of Suitability must be submitted at least four (4) weeks prior to the event date to allow adequate time for processing.

For urgent requests or questions, please contact Marc Cervantes at MCervantes@diocesecc.org.

Please note that all priests, whether currently in assignment or retired, must be in full compliance with Safe Environment Training in order for a Letter of Suitability to be issued.
