  • PROGRAM AREAS AND CURRENT EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

    Operations
    Current Positions Available:
    • Operations Specialist - Business Affairs: $18.19/hr
    Schedule options: Mondays through Fridays, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

    Adventure Club
    Work with a team to provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for elementary students.

    Current Positions Available:
    • Activity Assistant (age 16+): $15/hr
    • Assistant Facilitator (age 18+): $17/hr
    Schedule options: Before, after school and over the summer.

    Rec & Ed: Art/Enrichment/Outdoor Ed/Rec Sports & Fitness
    Share you passion and talents with others by leading or assisting with programs for youth, families and adults.

    Current Positions Available:
    • Community Ed Instructor - hiring for winter/spring 2026 (age 18+): $21/hr
    • Basketball League Scorekeeper (age 14+): $13.75/hr
    • Gym/Field Supervisor (age 18+): $21/hr
    Schedule options: Afternoons/evenings/weekends during the school year and summer.

    Parkway-Rockwood Gateway Swim Club
    Provide assistance and support to the swim club and its groups.

    Current Positions Available:
    • Assistant Group Swim Coach (age 18+): $15/hr
    • Parkway-Rockwood Swim School/Recreational Aquatics
    Schedule options: Afternoons/evenings and weekends during school year and summer.

    Parkway-Rockwood Swim School/Recreational Aquatics
    Teach a life skill to youth and adults in our learn-to-swim and recreational aquatics programs. Schedule options: Afternoons/evenings/weekends during the school year and summer.

    Current Positions Available:
    • Swim School Early and/or Midday Masters Coach (age 18+): $20/hr
    • Swim School Instructor - Kirkwood High pool only (age 16+): $15/hr

    Rockwood Thunder Volleyball Club
    Develop players' skills, foster teamwork, promote a positive sporting environment. 

    Current Positions Available:
    • Team Head Coach (age 18+): $15.75/hr
    • Team Assistant Coach (age 18+): $13.75/hr
    • Youth Program Instructor (age 16+): $13.75/hr
    Schedule options: Varies during school year and summer.

    Theater/Special Events
    Provide technical audio/visual support to events happening in Rockwood schools.

    Current Positions Available:
    Theater Manager (age 18+): $25/hr
    Theater Technician (age 16+): $15/hr
    Schedule options: Evenings and weekends during school year and summer.
