  • Below is a brief description of the positions currently available.  

    Adventure Club
    Work with a team to provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for elementary students before, after school and over the summer.
    Positions:

    Activity Assistant (age 16+): $15/hr
    Assistant Facilitator (age 18+): $17/hr

    Schedule Options: Mornings and afternoons during the school year and various hours between 6:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. over the summer.

     

    Aquatics
    Teach a life skill to youth and adults in our learn-to-swim program.
     
    Positions:
    Swim School Early Masters Coach (age 18+): $20/hr
    Swim School Instructor (age 14+ and in high school): $15/hr
    Swim School Site Supervisor (age 18+): $17/hr
     
    Schedule Options: Evenings and weekends during the school year and days/evenings/weekends during the summer.
     

    Babler Outdoor Education Center
    Enjoy working with youth, adults and families in the outdoors at Babler State Park.
     
    Positions:
    Outdoor Education Nurse (age 18+): $18.43/hr
    Outdoor Education Custodial Support (age 18+): $18.32/hr
     
    Schedule Options: Days, evenings, weekends during school year and summer.
     

    Enrichment, Arts, Sports and Fitness
    Share your passion and talents with others by leading or assisting with programs for youth, families and adults.
     
    Positions:
    Instructor (age 18+): $21/hr
    Gym/Field Supervisor (age 18+): $21/hr
    Rockwood Thunder Volleyball Youth Instructor (age 16+): $12.30/hr
    Trip Nurse (part-time; ages 18+): $17.43/hr
     
    Schedule Options: Days, evenings, weekends during school year and summer.

     

    Parkway Swim Club
    Provide leadership and supervision to the Parkway Swim Club and its developmental groups.

    Positions:
    Head Development Coach (age 18+): $19/hr

    Schedule Options: Evenings and weekends during the school year and summer.

     

    Rockwood Swim Club
    Provide assistance and support to the Rockwood Swim Club and its groups.

    Positions:
    Assistant Group Swim Coach (age 18+): $15/hr

    Schedule Options: Afternoons/Evenings and weekends during the school year and summer.

     

    Theater/Special Events
    Provide technical audio/visual support to events happening at Rockwood schools. Basic knowledge of use and operation of theatrical lighting and sound systems required.

    Positions:
    Theater Manager (age 18+): $25/hr
    Theater Technician (age 16+): $15/hr

    Schedule Options: Evenings and weekends during school year and summer.
