1-1 Training Enrolment Form

Thanks for your interest in Companion Minds' 1-1 training. We look forward to meeting you and your dog!

Please note, all first sessions are held at your home address as stated on this form. There will be an additional mileage fee for appointments outside of a 15 mile radius from our home address in DN20.

We offer 1-1 training for every other Sunday afternoons and all day Thursday (last start 4pm).

Please note if you dog is showing aggressive behaviour (to people/other dogs/animals), 'reactivity' or any other behavioural issue we need to support with this via our behaviour service, not a 1-1 training sessions (further details available www.companion-minds.com/behaviour). 1-1 training sessions are for teaching new skills (recall/loose lead walking/stay etc) and minor behavioural issues (such as jumping up).
