  • Connection Point is a welcoming and affirming community; therefore, all those using our building must agree with and abide by the following guidelines with no exceptions.  

    We will strive to welcome all persons regardless of age, color, disability, ethnic origin, family status, gender identity, political belief, race, religion, and/or sexual orientation. This includes transgender, gender non-conforming, lesbian, bisexual, and gay individuals.

  • General Guidelines and Requirements:
    For purposes of this policy, any reference to facilities includes reference to any property of the church, including furniture and equipment.

    • Every group or organization is required to abide by all church guidelines, requirements and other restrictions regarding usage of the church facilities.
    • Users of the church facilities agree to use utmost care in the use of church facilities and agree to leave the facilities in good, clean condition including taking out trash, cleaning tables, chairs and floors as needed.
    • All requests for usage of the church facilities are subject to approval by Connection Point.
    • Each outside group or organization is required to complete a signed agreement and certificate of insurance as required by the agreement at time of reservation. If your group does not have insurance, each participate must sign a waiver before meeting in the building.
    • The church reserves the right to schedule other activities and events in other parts of the church facilities.
    • Individual Users promises and warrants that User will obtain signed Activity Participation Agreements (either provided by or acceptable to Owner) from each participant in the activity and provide it to the Owner. If the participants are minors, User will obtain the signature of at least one parent or legal guardian on each Activity Participation Agreement and provide it to the Owner. 

     

    If your event requires room set up or the use of our custodian, that must be approved by Connection Point staff before your reservation will be scheduled.

    Fees are due at time of reservation.
