  • In completing this Parent Connect consent form you agree to;

    1. The sharing of your contact details within your year and house cohort

    2. Receiving communication for events and service hosted by Parent Connect                  (formerly mothers committee) and parent coordinators.                          

    Only parents/guardians who fill out the consent form will have their details included in the Parent Connect database with the purpose of nurturing community by fostering family connections, experiences and friendships. The Parent Connect Committee (formerly mothers committee) is the custodian of this database for all parents and carers. 

    It is required that consent is filled out for each child/student year level to be included in all relevant communications for your family.

    This form may also be used to update changed contact details at any time. In this case please fill in all fields possible even if only some details have changed.

    The Privacy Act will apply to the list and parents may not use the information for commercial, private marketing or purposes other than those stated above. 

    Volunteer Year and House Coordinators act as a point of contact for parent queries and assist in organising any informal, non-school sponsored parent/family social events.
