  • The assessment includes 250 questions, divided into 5 key sections, with 50 questions per section. Each section examines critical aspects of spiritual growth. It will evaluate spiritual maturity and guide participants into one of three discipleship tracks: Intro, Growth, or Mature.

    Scoring System:

    Each question is scored on a 1–5 scale:

    • 1 = Not at all
    • 2 = Rarely
    • 3 = Sometimes
    • 4 = Often
    • 5 = Always

    Maximum Total Score: 1,250 Points (250 per section)
