The Daisy Association is a parent/volunteer-run organization with the sole purpose of raising money to help fund East Brunswick Adaptive Recreation Programs (EBAR). These programs cater to special needs individuals of all ages and abilities in and around East Brunswick. The Daisy Association proceeds fund the following:
- Trips and activities (including day-to-day expenses for special activities like stores day, cooking, tie dye, and end of year gifts)
- Holiday meal food items and supplies
- League costs for our bowling program
- Staff appreciation activities
- Daisy program essentials (replacing sensory items, playground equipment, and shade structures)
- Financial scholarships for families in need.
It is no longer required for you to pay your Daisy Association Membership for your child to participate in programming, however, please keep in mind that every little bit helps. And by becoming a member, you can continue to help us provide fantastic opportunities for your children.
If you would like to help contribute, join as a member or "Friend of Daisy" (individuals and families without children registered for EBAR programs but would like to support the Association). Members can become more involved by joining committees within the Association, as well as receive small incentives on various fundraisers or events the Association runs throughout the year. New members will automatically be added to our quarterly newsletter.
Thank you,
The Daisy Association Board of Directors
