Group sessions are not confirmed until payment is received in full. Final pricing is confirmed after review based on group size, session length, and customization. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of payment. Rescheduling is subject to studio availability.*
