To join Rainbow Bridge Sanctuary Private Member Association, you will be agreeing to the following:

This Association of members declares that our objective is to allow the Private Membership Association founders and all Private Membership Association members with a platform in which to conduct all manner of private business with The Association and with other Associations and Association members, keeping all business in the private domain, and utilizing the protections guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the Constitution to conduct business in private and to provide a platform for members to conduct business in the private domain under all protections acknowledged and guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States of America, and any previous protections guaranteed.

We believe that God is first. We believe that loyalty to God brings loyalty to each other and fair and honorable treatment amongst the community. We believe that the Creator bestowed upon us un-a-LIEN-able rights and liberties.  One's basic right to be self-managed, The Magna Carta Libertatum of 1215, The Charter of the Forest of 1217, Articles of Confederation of 1781, Republic Constitution of 1787, Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), The Constitutions of the Republic States, and the Canadian Charter of Rights guarantees our members the rights of absolute freedom of religion, free speech, petition, assembly, and the right to gather together for the lawful purpose of helping one another in asserting our rights protected by those Constitutions, Charters, and Statutes, in addition to the rights to be free from unreasonable search and seizure, the right to not incriminate ourselves, and the right to freely exercise all other unalienable rights as granted by our Creator, our almighty God, and guaranteed by those Constitutions, Charter, and Statutes.  We hereby declare that we are exercising our right of “freedom of association” and “right to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness” guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the U.S. Constitution and equivalent provisions of the various State Constitutions, as well as the Charter of Rights of Canada.  This means that our Association activities are restricted to the private domain only and outside of the jurisdiction of government entities, agencies, officers, agents, contractors, and other representatives as provided by LAW.

We declare the basic right of all of our members to decide for themselves which Association members could be expected to give wise counsel and advice concerning all matters including, but not limited to, physical, spiritual, and mental health care assistance, LAW, and any other matter, and to accept from those members any and all counsel, advice, and tips whom we feel are able to properly advise and assist us.

We expect the freedom to choose for ourselves any types of assistance which may be made regarding LAW and any other private business activity.

The mission of this Association is to provide members with a forum to conduct business and education between members in the private domain, with the protections guaranteed within the aforesaid Constitution and Charter remaining fully intact.

The Association will recognize any indigenous natural people, of Earth (irrespective of race, color, or religion) who have joined this Association or any social media group organized, created, or managed by this Association and is in agreement with these principles and policies as a member of this Association, providing said person has not been sanctioned, exercised, or otherwise banned by The Association, and will provide a medium through which its individual members may associate for actuating and bringing to fruition the purposes heretofore declared.

Membership to this Association, "Rainbow Bridge Sanctuary", and any of its groups may be terminated by The Association Trustees or their designee(s) at any time, should they conclude that a specific member is interacting with them or any other members in a way that is contrary or detrimental to the focus, principles, and betterment of this Association.  I agree to participate in a step-by-step procedure with intentions of resolution if there is a conflict or dispute.

I understand that, since The Association is protected by the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, it is outside the jurisdiction and authority of federal and state agencies and authorities concerning any and all complaints or grievances against The Association members or other staff persons.  All rights of complaints or grievances will be settled by an Association designee, committee, or tribunal and will be waived by the member for the benefit of The Association and its members.  By agreeing to this membership form, I agree that I have sought sufficient education to determine that this is the course of action I want to take for myself.

I agree to honor free will, consent, and nonaggression.

I am in integrity and accountability with my words, thoughts, and actions.

I agree to communicate directly to whom I may have a conflict with, and if I need a third-party peer mediator to help council, I will make a request.

In my relations as a member, I voluntarily change my capacity from operating in that of a public domain to that of a private domain as a member.

I agree to refrain from posting on social media about Rainbow Bridge PMA activities unless I have approval from the Rainbow Bridge Sanctuary Council.

I agree to take ownership and co-ownership of projects that I commit to, and if I need assistance or support I will communicate what I require to the Rainbow Bridge Sanctuary Council. 

I agree to protect Rainbow Bridge Sanctuary from any local, state, or federal agency whose purpose is to carry out any mission of regulation, enforcement, entrapment, or investigation.

I affirm that, as of this now moment and all previous now moments, I have not been a member in any secret society organization.  I acknowledge that if I have been or currently am a member in a secret society organization, this will be brought to awareness so the Council may decide how to move forward.

I agree to join Rainbow Bridge Sanctuary, a Private Membership Association under Common Law, whose members seek to help each other achieve better health and good quality of life.  My activities within The Association are a private contractual matter that I refuse to share with the local, state, or federal investigative or enforcement agencies.  I fully agree not to pursue any course of legal action against a fellow member of The Association, unless that member has exposed me to a clear and present danger of substantive evil, and upon the recommendation and approval of The Association.  All members will follow the basic principles “love thy neighbor; do no harm”.

I enter into this agreement of my own free will, without any pressure or coercion.  I have read and I comprehend this document, and my questions have been answered fully to my satisfaction.

I understand that I can withdraw from this agreement and terminate my membership in this Association at any time, and that my membership can and will be revoked if I engage in abusive, violent, menacing, destructive, or harassing behavior towards any other member of The Association, as we believe “love thy neighbor; do no harm”.  If at any point I choose to withdraw from these agreements and my membership in this Association, I will send a written notice to Rainbow Bridge Sanctuary informing them of my decision. This page consists of the entire agreement for my membership in The Association.

I agree this contract began on the date of my joining "Rainbow Bridge Sanctuary".  I declare that by joining this Association and/or The Association’s websites and/or social media group(s), I have carefully read the whole of this document and I understand and agree with it.

I acknowledge the importance of multi-faceted consent on all levels. I live in consent with myself and others.

My agreements are strongly stable and balanced. We as a community are free of expectations when we come to agreements. 

I take accountability for my agreements and the timeframe they are completed upon. I ask for assistance when required and proactively share if I request a change in the agreements.

I am self-reliant and openly receive support.

I am honest with myself and others when I am at capacity and communicate this clearly.

It is my responsibility to find someone to complete my commitments if I no longer can.

I gently and firmly hold fellow community members to their accountability per our agreements.

I exercise honorable use of medicines.

I release judgment for myself and others, and I express my observations with love.

Sovereignty

I sign on to all PMA agreements and guiding principles.

Within 48 hours of becoming a member, I will review the required educational materials supplied to me.

I commit to a clear vessel in mind, body, and spirit through appropriate practices (fasting, cleansing, detox, spiritual upkeep, and sadhana).

I am a free and sovereign spirit in every now moment. I have the freedom of choice.

Stewardship

I am in service of Truth.

I maintain a strong container in alignment with God, Mother Earth, the prayer, and the people.

I take part in community ritual, prayer, and ceremony on a consistent basis.

I check in with the space-holders before and as I take action.

When I take leadership, I am responsible for communicating when and how I require assistance. I am free to receive support or not.

I am non-reactive to negativity. I simply maintain unconditional love and know that any energies that do not align do not stay.

I agree that if there is a consensual intimate connection, we give it the space to feel if it is in alignment. Furthermore, we inform the stewards of the community before moving forward into relations.

Health & Healing

I upkeep the health of my mind, body and Spirit through my personal practices. 

Every space I enter I leave cleaner than I found it. I care for the space I AM (in).

I do not consent to have my DNA/RNA altered. If I have received experimental gene therapy shots, I will go through the detox protocols from RB PMA and reapply after completing. 

I agree to keep my vessel pure and clean of AI and biotech implants.

I acknowledge my emotions are mine and not the responsibility of others. I use them as guides for healing and learn from them. I acknowledge others' emotions are theirs. I allow space for them to feel what they feel.

I ask if someone has space before sharing heavy emotions, thoughts, and energies.

Community Respect

I protect and respect the young and the elders.

I protect and cultivate the innocence of children and the child within.

I allow children to embody themselves and grow into their innate wisdom by fostering their imagination and abilities.

I engage in mutually agreed-upon energy exchanges.

I hold space to allow for safe self-expression for myself and others.

If I behave in an energy of separation with the community, I will take accountability and transmute this into cohesion and co-creation.

I establish stable boundaries and I respect established boundaries.

I acknowledge that what I say and do to another, I say and do to myself.

I acknowledge my teachers and that I am a teacher.

I cultivate serenity in myself, and as I do, serenity is cultivated in the surrounding environments and community dynamics.

I agree to honor the guidelines set by the stewards and elders of the space. If they say I must go, I honor this.

I contribute time, energy, and currency to what the collective and us space-holders agree upon.

I study, I listen, I inquire, and I learn.

I share, I speak, I express, and I teach.

I cultivate knowledge for the expansion of consciousness.

I ask questions to learn.
