Our Fundraiser Terms & Conditions

We are excited to work with you on a fundraising effort for your organization! Below are some terms that you must comply with in order to participate in one of our fundraisers. We provide our approved fundraisers 10% of our gross sales during our approved fundraising time. 

• Submissions require individual approval. If you have not been approved, please do not assume your fundraiser has been scheduled.
• 48 hours before your fundraiser an email must be receieved of all marketing efforts your organization has done to bring people to the fundraiser. A single Facebook post will not suffice.
  • If proof of marketing efforts is not provided your fundraiser will be cancelled, NO EXCEPTIONS.
• A representative must be present during all hours of the fundraiser time to connect with the community and let people walking by know of the fundraiser and your organization.
  • If a representative is not present no proceeds from the fundraiser will be provided even if your organization has provided marketing efforts, NO EXCEPTIONS. A representative is a corporate-mandated requirement.
• Fundraisers are for non-profit organizations with a legal tax ID.
• Fundraisers are only available Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5-8 pm.
  • Requesting a specific date does not garantee you that date. We reserve the right to reschedule fundraisers.
• Please prepare decor for the event. Ideas include: posters made by students, school mascot present, balloon arch, etc. outside of store during event. Please provide your own supplies for the decor.
• Checks for the fundraiser will be sent within 30 business days after the event to the organization's address provided on this form. For security reasons we will not provide a physical check at the store.
  
  • All communication for fundraisers needs to occur via email. Our in-store employees are not involved in the fundraiser process.

After an agreed time, we will provide you with a PDF of your preferred flyer design. It is up to you to market your own event. Spread the word and you will receive a greater benefit! :)
