    • Menu selections=food cost (ex.number of protien choices, sides & appetizers)
    • Service style (ex. full service, buffet, plated, drop-off or pick-up)
    • Chef's labor + staff if required or requested
    • Travel/delivery fees
    • Equipment rentals
    • Sales tax
