- 50-person minimum
- 50% deposit required for booking
- Pricing amout will be per-person
- Final headcount due 7 days before event
Pricing Informtion:
Pricing is adjusted based on several factors such as the following:
- Menu selections=food cost (ex.number of protien choices, sides & appetizers)
- Service style (ex. full service, buffet, plated, drop-off or pick-up)
- Chef's labor + staff if required or requested
- Travel/delivery fees
- Equipment rentals
- Sales tax
