Vendors using computers or other sensitive electrical equipment are encouraged to use surge protectors or battery backup devices to protect your equipment. Each booth will be inspected daily by Festival Staff to ensure only pre-approved electrical hookups are being used. Unauthorized use of electrical outlets is prohibited – vendors found to be in violation will have equipment taken out of service and may be shut down or additional fees may be assessed that must be paid before any further use of electrical service will be allowed.

List all equipment that will need electricity and the amperage needed for each device. If you use a mobile trailer or other vehicle with a built-in electrical system, or your concession has its own independent “Load Center” (circuit breaker panel) you do not need to list all your electrical equipment, just your system’s total capacity (the voltage, phase, and amperage needed to run your system)*.
