  • Organized by the Cordova Community Council, the Rancho Cordova 4th of July Parade is a hometown favorite, attracting youth sports leagues, churches, businesses and more to decorate anything that rolls for a trip down Coloma Road.

    This year, the parade will march on Saturday, July 4 at 10 am.

    Show us what you've got and make your entry WOW the crowd! CLICK HERE for the safety and quality of the parade. Failure to abide by these rules and guidelines and those presented with the parade information package, may result in the entry's removal from the parade. 

    This is not a food vendor or craft vendor application. Food vendor applications are open however all 4th of July food vendors must be on file with us for at least 30 days before they can be considered for participation. Food vendors slected have been notified by 04/30/2026.

    • VERY IMPORTANT:
      In order to evaluate your application, a brief description of your unit MUST be provided before your application will be considered for the parade. If your entry is selected for the parade, the annoucement details will be used in the parade announcer’s script.

      In addition to a description and general background, consider including names/titles of individuals responsible (such as director, captain, etc.), previous awards won, whether you have participated in this event before.

      When writing your announcement, please use the third person perspective.

      Please limit to 100 words or less.
