2026 All America Mile Sign Up

Greetings All America Mile runners, joggers, and walkers! On the morning of 4th of July before the parade, join hundreds of other community members for this unique mile!
All participants must check in at W.H. Williamson Park (10551 Coloma Road, Rancho Cordova).

Coloma Road closes to all through traffic at 8am.

Participants are welcome to park on accessible side streets and walk to check-in.
It is advised to park on the Chardonnay Dr, Aramon Dr, and Cordova Ln side as you will not be able to cross Coloma to leave if you park on the Georgetown Dr or Mills Ranch Way side until after the roads open back up around 12pm.

Check-in will close at 9am. Run starts at 9:05am.
Parade starts at 10am, roads will open back up at approximately 12pm.

Application will close at 500 registered runners.
Free registration applies to the first 250 registered runners of all ages.
The next 250 registered runners will have to pay a $5 entry fee.

Each runner will need to complete a registration form regardless of age.

Only registered runners who check-in will receive a run t-shirt on the day of the event.
If unable to attend, t-shirt cannot be collected at a later time.

General Liability Waiver
GENERAL LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS
Cordova Community Council, City of Rancho Cordova, Cordova Recreation and Park District, and Rancho Cordova Track Club

Event Participation Waiver
In consideration of being permitted to participate in or attend any event, program, activity, or gathering ("Event") organized, hosted, sponsored, or coordinated by the Cordova Community Council and/or the Cordova Recreation and Park District (collectively, “Released Parties”), I agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in Event activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical activity, weather conditions, surface hazards, equipment use, and interactions with other participants or the public. I voluntarily assume all risks, known or unknown, associated with participation.
2. Release and Waiver of Liability
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the Released Parties, including their officers, employees, volunteers, agents, contractors, and representatives, from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, injury, illness, damage, or death that may occur in connection with my participation in the Event.
3. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of my participation in the Event or any violation of rules or instructions related to the Event.
4. Medical Authorization
I understand that the Released Parties do not provide medical insurance or coverage. I authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary and accept full responsibility for all associated costs.
5. Compliance with Rules
I agree to follow all Event rules, instructions, and safety guidelines provided by organizers or staff. Failure to comply may result in removal from the Event without refund or compensation.
6. Photography and Media Release
I grant permission to the Released Parties to use photographs, video recordings, or other media taken during the Event for promotional, educational, or informational purposes without compensation.
7. Minors
If the participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign this waiver on their behalf, agreeing to all terms herein.
8. Acknowledgment of Understanding
I confirm that I have read and fully understand this waiver and voluntarily agree to its terms. I understand that I am giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to sue. By checking the box below, I am agreeing to the terms of the above waiver and release of claims.
