Application for Consideration to participate in Winter Art Fest 2026
If you are signing up to be considered for Winter Art Fest 2026, make sure you are up to date on your Rancho Cordova Arts Membership dues. All artists selected will be RCArts Members.

This is a juried festival because we want a wide variety of art and artists. You are judged on quality and medium(s) used. We want our shoppers to experience the diverse types and styles of art and artists at Winter Art Fest.

Please know that if you are not selected it may not be the quality of the work, but rather the amount of that type/style of work. Keep in mind also that this event is a 2 week (FR/SA/SU) event which means a considerable time commitment. You must be here to sell your own work and collect your own payments (cash, credit, checks, etc).

You are responsible for your own set up and marketing of your art, price tags, signage etc.

We strive to be the best Holiday popup in the sacramento region.
1. You must commit to being here during the 6 days we are open.
2. You must be friendly and outgoing (you are also representing the MACC)
3. You will commit to the policies and protocols and sign the waiver for Winter Fest.
4. This is a fun artistic community environment where we celebrate art and artists.
