Step 1: Application- All documents must be submitted in English
Application consideration will be initiated when these steps are completed:
- Application
- Copy of Passport or U.S. Birth Certificate or Resident Alien Card
- Character Reference Form: The applicant will need one (1) Character Reference Form completed by an adult (not a family member), who has known the applicant for a minimum of one year and who can speak about the applicant's character and integrity.
- Official school transcript, including the most recent grade report. Applicants to a Post Graduate Program must submit all secondary school records, including 8th-grade academic reports.
- Math and English Teacher Recommendation Forms
- Copy of recent Physical Examination (within the past 12 months)
- Proof of insurance coverage is required (Medical & Dental) * Supplemental insurance purchase options are available in needed.
INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS must also provide:
- Transcript Evaluation Form (Required of applicants from non-U.S. schools. Additional fees apply.)
- Official TOEFL or IELTS score report (Required of any non-native English speaker applying to the postgraduate program)
Application Deadlines
- Early Admissions: May 1, 2021
- General Admissions: July 17, 2021
- Extended Admissions: August 28, 2021
ATTENTION: CORE4 has a "Rolling Enrollment" Policy. Therefore, all application materials must be received by each deadline date (per semester) before receiving a decision notification. Completed applications received after August 28th will be reviewed on a weekly basis, and acceptance letters for new enrollees will dependent on space availability.
Step 3: Decision, Tuition Enrollment Agreement & Deposit
Notification of the decision will be sent out by the end of each month. If offered admission to CORE4 Academy, a Tuition Enrollment Agreement (TEA) and Financial Worksheet will be sent and must be returned, along with the non-refundable deposit of $1,500 by the date indicated on the form to reserve your position in the CORE4 Academy.
