The personal information you provide on this form is collected by Central Otago REAP for the purpose of enrolling you in programmes, supporting your learning and wellbeing, communicating with you, and meeting reporting requirements for funders and legal obligations. Providing this information is voluntary, but if required information is not provided we may not be able to enrol you or deliver services.

Your information will only be used for these purposes and will be stored securely. We may share relevant information with staff, tutors, and funding agencies where required. Some information may be stored using trusted third-party platforms, including secure systems located outside New Zealand. We do not sell personal information.
