PERSONALISED 1:1 RUNNING / HYROX / IRONMAN COACHING (Online):
Includes: Running + Strength & Conditioning + Mobility & Injury Prevention.
These programs are designed to fit into your life, not the other way around. We analyse your current weekly training and work demands, before making any (if necessary) adaptations we can to get you started on your journey. Our team will curate your session plans on a weekly basis in accordance to your goals and desired outcomes, even updating them daily as required. Whether it's your first 5KM race or your a veteran runner, we can help you find your next peak!
EVIDENCE-BASED 1:1 RUN COACHING (In-Person):
Includes: Technique Assessment + Metric Testing + Pacing Strategies + Injury Prevention.
Our sessions are specific, unique and tailored for you and you alone. We break down your goals and roadmap the most effective path we can take to reach them. These sessions offer live and in-person feedback, helping guide your abilities to a higher level in a safe and secure manner. We look to analyse your technique and running metrics, before offering adjustments and recommendations that are well-supported by current literature. Our coaches are ready to work on your limitations, and help turn them into strengths.
PHYSIOTHERAPY SERVICES (Online & In-Person):
Includes: Injury Assessment + Treatment Modalities + Prehab Planning + Exercise Programs + Goal Setting.
These services are offered to help guide you to a happier, healthier and stronger version of yourself, no matter the stage of your journey. We implement evidence-based treatment methods and detailed home exercise programming to ensure you have the best possible prognosis. Whether you are returning from injury or looking to avoid it all together, we have a solution for you - let us take care of your needs.
SPORT SPECIFIC PROGRAMS: (Online & In-Person):
Includes: Movement Pattern & Technique Training + Metric Testing + Skills Acquisition & Injury Prevention.
We offer personalised, sport-specific programming for athletes across a multitude of different sports, in both the performance & rehabilitation phases of training. Our sport speficic programming is not limited to any one particular domain, however, our coaching specialises in team field sports, such as Soccer, Rugby League/Union & Australian Rules Football. We have the tools to help you get match fit & game-ready, whilst keeping your risk of injury at an all time low.
