Welcome to Stoney Creek Farm!  Our mission is to provide high quality, accessible outdoor education to home school families.  We look forward to welcoming your family to our Monday Family Enrichment days!  These 15 classes run August through May, and include topics centered around nature, science, and home steading skills.  We offer two sessions, either 9am-11am or 1pm-3pm.  Classes include an hour of education followed by an hour of freeplay on the farm!  We cap each class at 30 children.  Parents and grandparents are free to attend. 

COST:
$25.00 per child plus $10.00 each additional child in the family.  Or, if you sign up for all 15 classes before August 1st, 2024 you will receive a discounted per class fee of $20.00 per child (plus $10.00 each additional child) and recieve ONE FREE CLASS!

SUPPLIES:
Some classes may offer a special craft or project which may require an additional small supply fee.  You will be notified prior to the class if a supply fee will be charged, and can bring the supply fee payment with you on the day of class if you choose to participate in the bonus activity.  This is in addition to the main class and is fully optional. 

REFUNDS:

We do not offer refunds for missed classes and classes are not transferrable.

HOLD HARMLESS

PARENT or GUARDIAN agrees to hold NATURE EXPLORES and STONEY CREEK FARM harmless from any claim resulting from damage or injury to HOME SCHOOL ENRICHMENT DAY ATTENDEE, including but not limited to legal fees and/or expenses incurred by NATURE EXPLORERS or STONEY CREEK FARM in defense of such claims.

EMERGENCY CARE

NATURE EXPLORERS staff agree to attempt to contact the PARENT or GUARDIAN at the phone numbers provided should we feel that emergency medical treatment is needed for the HOME SCHOOL ENRICHMENT DAY ATTENDEE, provided however, that in the event that we are unable to so contact the PARENT or GUARDIAN within a reasonable time, which time shall be judged and determined solely by NATURE EXPLORERS staff, we are then hereby authorized to secure emergency health care by any licensed providers of such care who are selected by NATURE EXPLORERS staff. The cost of such care secured shall be due and payable by the PARENT or GUARDIAN within 30 days of treatment if treatment is billed directly to NATURE EXPLORERS.

The PARENT or GUARDIAN and HOME SCHOOL ENRICHMENT DAY ATTENDEE shall indemnify, defend and hold NATURE EXPLORERS and STONEY CREEK FARM, its officers, agents, employees and contractors harmless from any and all liability for damage of claims for property damage or personal injury, including death, and any other claims whatsoever, arising out of or resulting from negligence. Indemnification shall include reasonable costs of defense, judgments, settlements, attorney’s fees and such other costs as may be fixed by the court.  NATURE EXPLORERS and STONEY CREEK FARM are not responsible for loss or injury, or damage to person(s) or property.

In case of medical emergency or general medical care, I give consent for medical teatment for the aboved named child by authorized personnel.
