Parent-Child Dedication is a special moment for families to publicly commit to raising their kids to know, love, and follow Jesus. It includes a family dinner and time of preparation and commitment on Thursday evening as well as a time of dedication on Sunday morning. When registering, parents should make plans to attend both dates. All ages of children are welcome to participate, so register now!

Is Parent-Child Dedication only for babies?
Parent-Child Dedication is for ALL ages! It is for any family wanting to commit to raising their children to know, love, and follow Jesus.
Can siblings, grandparents, and other family attend?
Our Thursday night dinner is primarily geared toward parents and their children as a personal time of preparation and commitment. Grandparents are welcome at the dinner if they would like to participate in this time of preparation. Extended family and friends are invited to attend the Sunday worship service for the actual dedication.
What is the cost for the Thursday dinner?
The cost is free for your immediate family. Grandparents are also welcome but not required.
Is the actual dedication on Thursday or Sunday?
The dedication will take place on Sunday at the beginning of our 10:30 worship service. Thursday will be an important time of preparation and commitment for parents.
Who can stand on stage during Parent-Child Dedication on Sunday?
Only the mother, father, and children (including older siblings who have already been dedicated) can stand on stage during Parent-Child Dedication.
Do we have to come on Thursday AND Sunday?
When registering, please plan to come to both dates. Our Thursday dinner is an important part of Parent-Child Dedication and will be a special experience for you as you prepare to dedicate your child. We will also have a gift for you and a special memento to take home.
What should my child/we wear?
Keep the following in mind when planning what to wear: You will take a family portrait upon arrival on Thursday night that will be shown in the worship service on Sunday. On Sunday, you will be on stage at the beginning of the service during the time of dedication.
Do parents have to be married to participate in Parent-Child Dedication?
If you are not married, please let us know below, and we'd love to talk with you more about your situation and encourage you on your family's faith journey.
