The CPAC-TD Insurance Meloche Monnex Scholarship, valued at $3,000, is awarded to a post-secondary student who has completed at least two semesters of full-time studies (minimum 60% course load per semester) at a recognized post-secondary institution in Canada. Candidates must demonstrate outstanding academic records and active community involvement in a leadership role. To be considered, students must submit a completed online Scholarship Application by January 15, 2019.

You are eligible to apply for the CPAC-TD Insurance Meloche Monnex Scholarship if:
You are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada currently enrolled and have completed at least two semesters of full-time study in a degree or Advanced Diploma program in a recognized post-secondary institution in Canada;
International students with a student visa may only apply if you are a CPAC student member;
A minimum average of 80% based on the past two or three academic trimesters (one 12-month cycle);
You have performed volunteer activities in a leadership capacity and have demonstrated outstanding commitment to the community;
You are NOT a previous CPAC Scholarship recipients.
Note: Previous CPAC Bursary or Education Scholarship recipients are eligible to apply for any scholarships.
Applicants are required to submit all supporting documentation along with their applications. Failure to include documents required in your application may result in the refusal of your application. Please ensure you have all supporting documents ready to upload before proceeding to the next step.
Required Supporting Documents
1. Transcript of the past two or three academic trimesters (one 12-month cycle)
2. Three Letters of Reference
Please provide three signed letters of reference: one educational (i.e. faculty member or staff from the school) and one professional from a person familiar with your volunteer /community involvement (e.g. volunteer supervisor). The third reference can be a personal, professional, or academic reference.
3. Proof of legal status in Canada
To prove your legal status in Canada, you must submit a scanned copy of one of the following:
Permanent Resident Card or Record of Landing
Canadian Citizenship Card, Canadian Citizenship Certificate or the personal information page of your Canadian Passport
Student Visa and CPAC Student Membership Card for International Students
4. Proof of enrollment
You are required to submit verification of your registration status in the current term including a list of your enrolled courses.
