This permit is issued in accordance with the City's Code of Ordinances for the privilege of parking a specified motor vehicle on a street designed as a "Controlled Parking Area". More details are available on the Parking Enforcement website.

Submitting this form means you agree to the terms of this ordinance. If you have not received a response by e-mail within two weeks, please contact the Parking Enforcement office at 336-373-2648.

Anyone who submits a form should be aware that in accordance with the North Carolina Public Records law,found in North Carolina General Statutes Chapter 132, his or her e-mail address is considered public record.

2. This constitutes your signature under any applicable law or regulation;

4. You authorize the City’s Transportation Department and its managers, lawyers, directors, employees and representatives to make any inquiries necessary to investigate any dispute relating to your use of this Online Permit Request Service (the "Service").
5. The term of this Parking Permit is valid for one year, from July 1 – June 30. Current permitees are required to renew the permits if still present at permitted address.

Your permit request is not valid until you have received an approval response from the Parking Enforcement office.
