Festival Sponsorships

Mercantile Vendors • $75

Mercantile Vendor Coordinator: 1. Merchant spaces are 10’x10’ per $75.00 fee. Merchant is responsible for canopy tent/awning, backdrops, tables, chairs, and anything else required to display within a 10’x10’ square space. Weights/sand bags/stakes must anchor tents (space is on grass). 2. Electricity is provided (limit to 1 plug). Merchant to provide outlet strip and an outdoor extension cord (minimum 100 ft). 3. Any type of merchant that will operate out of a trailer for food sales will be considered a food trailer and will not use this form. 4. Collection and remittance of Texas Sales Tax is exhibitor’s responsibility. 5. Vehicles are not allowed on grassy lot. 6. Merchants are responsible for cleaning up trash/debris in their space at the end of the evening. 7. Merchants will be set up and ready by 9:45 a.m. – no exceptions. Fee will be forfeited. 8. Merchants must keep business open until closing at 8 p.m.

Chamber Info Booth
“BEST MERCHANT CONTEST”

There will be a contest for all Merchants. The Mercantile Assessor will be the judge for the winner whom will receive $75!! The judging consists of the ‘festivity’ of booth, friendliness of the workers, merchant attendance at booth, have booth filled with merchandise and kept clean.
Food Vendors • $150

Food Vendor Coordinator: 1. Space is Limited. First come, first serve. Approved application AND payment is confirmation of entry to festival. 2. Merchant spaces are 20’L x 10’W per $150.00 fee. Anything over 5 additional feet will not be allowed. 3. Electricity is provided, although quiet generators are preferred. Detail electric AMP and required connection MUST be provided on this form. 4. Do NOT connect anything in addition after electrical inspection. If you choose to and trip - you will be asked to disconnect. If it causes damage to the electrical outlet/panel, you will be charged for the expense to have repaired. 5. Merchants must have on display a food handler’s permit and provide proof of liability insurance. 6. Collection and remittance of Texas Sales Tax is merchant’s responsibility. 7. Merchants are responsible for cleaning up trash/debris in their space at the end of the evening. 8. Merchants will be set up and ready no later than 9:30 a.m. – no exceptions. Fee will be forfeited. 9. Merchants must keep business open until closing at 8 p.m.

Measurement of entire trailer bumper to hitch/tongue:
Merchant spaces are 20’L x 10’W per $150.00 fee. Anything over 5 additional feet will not be allowed unless there is room and then additional fee is required. To be discussed with chamber representative.
Electricity is supplied, but a quiet generator is preferred.
AMP Required & Required Connection:
Electricity is provided. Merchant to provide all supplies for hook-up of trailer.

I release the Greater Crandall Chamber of Commerce Director, staff and any or all associates/volunteers from responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury to persons, vehicles, or any articles while attending/participating in the Crandall Chamber Cotton Harvest Festival and Mercantile. I accept full responsibility for any damages to family, visitors, or me. I understand that there will be no refunds due to default or any adverse weather conditions.

Entry invalid if not signed. In consideration of the acceptance of registration entry. I the undersigned assume full and complete responsibility for any injury or accident, which may occur during my participation in the event ,or while on the premises. I hereby release and hold harmless the City of Crandall, Crandall Chamber of Commerce, sponsors, and all other entities associated with the event or their agents or employees or otherwise. I will not enter and participate unless medically able and properly trained. I understand that while police protection will be provided, there may be traffic on the course route. I assume the risk associated with this event, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, effects of weather, and the conditions of the road. Fees are non-refundable. I have read the forgoing and certify my agreement by this signature and my parent's or guardian's if under age 18.
