H.E.A.R.T Collective Membership Form

Thank you for your interest in joining the H.E.A.R.T (Hygiene, Empowerment, and Resource Team) Collective, Community Resource Center's Young Professionals Group. This dynamic group of community members age 21+ will support the mission of CRC through volunteerism, advocacy, and event support, while building friendships and gaining valuable board service experience.

Involvement in the H.E.A.R.T Collective includes the opportunity to:

Attend exclusive volunteer nights at the CRC
Serve on the Host Committee for our signature fundraisers: Dishin' Up Dignity and All in for Hygiene
Chair committees and serve on an executive leadership team
Learn more about Nashville's nonprofit sector

The H.E.A.R.T Collective has an annual membership fee of $100. Development Manager Monika Whiteley will contact you upon submission of this form to discuss this payment.
