Creative Kids Summer Camp Tuition Refund & Credit Policy

Refund Eligibility

Full Refund Before May 15, 2026
Families who cancel their summer camp enrollment on or before May 15, 2026 are eligible for a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee.

No Refund After May 15, 2026
Beginning May 16, 2026, all summer camp tuition becomes non‑refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Credits for After School Students

Students currently enrolled in our After School Program may request credit for any unused summer camp weeks.

Credits may be applied only toward After School Program tuition during the upcoming school year.

Credits are non‑transferable and must be used within the same academic year.

Additional Notes

Refunds and credits apply per week of camp tuition.

Processing time for refunds is typically 7–10 business days.

All requests must be submitted in writing to the program office.
