California department of Public health requires to be involved.
We will need 2 additional documents, AND to send the form below with the check to the CA Department of Public health.
The local public Health office will need proof that the check has been cashed by the California DPH before granting you the permit. So this should be mailed first, in order to expedite the permitting process. Please monitor your bank account and send us the proof as soon as it hits your bank account.
For special licensing like cannery, dog food, dairy product, we will require additional permitting from CDPH. If you are unsure about your need for any specialty license: Please reach out by text or email: (310) 461 8200 or applications@dtlakitchens.com

Ice Cream Vendors: You will use our own Frozen Dairy license, and only need the regular health permit from the County. You will not need to contact the state at this stage.
