    XYC Hostel started its operation in July 2023. Located at the Heart of Balanga City, the Four-story building was built to provide modest budget-friendly accommodation. The hostel has total of 14 Rooms, 6 Private Rooms, 3 Shared Rooms and 5 Dorm-type Rooms that Perfect for your Short and Long Term stay. Each Room en-suite with Private Toilet & Bath, Counter with sink, Common Kitchen complete with Kitchen and Dining utensils. A Common laundry area. It is designed to fit your needs.

  • XYC DORM POLICY 

    1. Strictly NO visitors are allowed inside the room. Visitors are allowed only at the Visitors' Lounge located on the roof deck of the building. Visiting hours is from 11am to 10pm only. Each Boarders is allowed to accomodate up to 3 visitors at a time. For safety and security, boarders must inform and provide basic information of their visitors to the management.
    2. NO pets are allowed
    3. NO loud music (Use of headphones is highly encouraged in respect to other Roommates.
    4. Cooking is not allowed inside the room. This is to prevent unpleasant odors and ensure the safety of all our guests. However, a common kitchen is situated on the roof deck and equipped with complete kitchen utensils and a stove.
    5. Drinking of alcoholic beverages/liqour is strictly probihited.
    6. Keep your area neat and clean.
    7. XYC Hostel is not liable for any losses especially your valuable items. Please do not leave your Room unlocked and your valuables unattended. Make sure to lock your lockers at all times.
    8. Pay your Monthly Fees on time to avoid penalties.
