All members of the Cleveland Junior Tamburitzans must be members of the CFU.

FEES

Registration Fee – $15
CFU Annual Fee – $27

TUITION

Billed bi-monthly for every practice.

Seniors: $20.00 per week
Intermediates: $15.00 per week
Beginners - Dance Only: $10.00 per week
Beginners - Dance & Music: $15.00 per week
Music practice pertains to children in the second grade and above.

💡 Family Discount: If you have three or more children enrolled, the 3rd child and above is free!

Dues are payable the first week of each month. We prefer that payment is made via Quickbooks Invoice (e-mailed to you) or via check (Payable to Cleveland Jr. Tamburitzans).

I hereby agree to be responsible for the care and use of any costume and instrument given to me/my child by the Cleveland Junior Tamburitzans. I fully understand that if the costume or instrument is damaged and/or lost, I will be responsible for the full replacement value. I agree to return the instrument and/or costume in good condition to the Cleveland Junior Tamburitzans.
