The Capital Region Transportation Council has released a Draft Public Participation Plan for public review. The draft plan updates the 2024 plan to bring the document into compliance with current federal priorities, update public review timeframes on amendments and revisions to core Transportation Council documents, and other updates and clarifications. The time adjustments are needed to better align Transportation Council Policy Board and Planning Committee meeting schedules with public review timeframes.
