SENDING TO FLORIDA: We’ve received reports of significant delays with USPS deliveries to our location in the Florida area (up to 3 weeks' delays). Due to these issues, we strongly recommend using alternative carriers such as UPS or FedEx for more reliable and timely delivery. If you choose to use USPS, please consider adding a signature confirmation service to help ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

Amazon orders: We encourage you to select the Fewer Boxes, Fewer Trips option at checkout to avoid minimum weight-per-package charges (2lbs).

1. Packaging recommendations:
- To help ensure your items are protected during transit and arrive safely, we recommend using sturdy boxes in excellent condition, properly sized for the contents, and securely sealed with strong packing tape.
- You don't need Ziploc bags
2. Billable weight:
- Starting on September 01, 2019. The actual weight is the package weight rounded up to the next whole pound.
- Customs fees are included.
- The minimum weight is 2 lbs per package.
- There is no maximum weight or size
