CURVE FEST MIAMI Vendor Application

VENUE:

This is an INDOOR/OUTDOOR venue. All vendors are required to bring their own tent, power, and lighting for their setup. A tent is not mandatory, but recommended.

ACCEPTANCE PROCESS:

This is a curated event, so all vendors must be accepted by Curve Fest Miami. You will receive an email within 2 weeks if you have been accepted with further instructions. You will only be contacted by us if you have been accepted. Acceptance is not guaranteed, even if you are a returning vendor.

Curve Fest Miami does not send decline emails or application status updates to applicants. Requests from applicants regarding the status of their application may not be answered.

VENDOR AGREEMENT AND FEE:

You must sign our Vendor Agreement and pay your non-refundable vendor fee within 72 hours of receiving an acceptance email. You will receive your acceptance email from info@CurveFestMiami.com. Failure to make payment by the date given in that email will lead to your spot being given to another vendor on the waitlist, so please be responsive.

VENDOR SET UP:

All vendors are responsible for their entire setup; including tents, tables, chairs, generators, power, and lighting. Free on-site parking is available for vendors. More details about this will be sent upon acceptance. All vendor staff must be present by 2pm on July 20, 2025 to receive a vendor wristband. Any staff arriving after 2pm will not be permitted.

VENDOR INSURANCE:

All accepted vendors will be required to obtain General Liability insurance for the date of the event and submit it to Curve Fest Miami. More information will be sent upon acceptance.

Mandatory Setup Responsibility*

I understand that I am responsible for my entire setup (including tents, tables, chairs, power, generators, lighting and cords.)

Vendor Staff Policy*

If accepted as a vendor, I understand that all of my staff (up to 2 members) must be present at Curve Fest Miami by on July 20th in order to receive a vendor wristband. All wristbands will be physically put on vendors and their team by CFM staff, and will not be handed out. Any staff arriving after 2pm will not receive a vendor wristband and must purchase a general admission ticket.

Application Status*

I understand that I will only be contacted if I have been accepted. Acceptance is not guaranteed. Curve Fest Miami does not send decline emails or application status updates to applicants.

Mandatory Vendor Agreement and Payment*

If accepted, I understand that this event is rain or shine and that I will have to sign a vendor agreement and pay my vendor fee within 72 hours of receiving an acceptance email. This fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable for any reason. Payment instructions will be sent with acceptance emall.

Mandatory General Liability Insurance*

If accepted, I understand that I will be required to obtain General Liability insurance for the date of the event and to add Curve Factory, LLC to vendor's insurance policy as an additional insured.Proof of this insurance in the form of a Certificate of Liability (COl) will need to be submitted to Curve Fest Miami.Submission instructions will be sent with acceptance email.

Electronic Signature*

I agree that this Application and any other documents to be delivered in connection herewith may be electronically signed, and that any electronic signatures appearing on this Application or such other documents are the same as handwritten signatures for the purposes of validity, enforceability, and admissibility.
