CUSH Community Development is an organization of the BETTER WORLD FOUNDATION exclusively formed for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes. The CUSH vision was established in June 11, 1953 with the birth of it's founder Sharon H. Scott. CUSH is dedicated to helping families and building the foundations of communities through a wealth of resources. We provide educational services, humanitarian outreach & direct grant distribution to individuals, religious organizations, & community service programs who qualify under IRS 501(c)3 exemption.

    The MISSION of CUSH Community Development serves to provide social & stewardship initiatives to families in need to help them succeed. Empowering them with the tools necessary to heighten their quality of life & rebuild the communities in which we live by transition, intervention, wealth building & family services.

    CUSH is a charitable organization structured for the purpose of providing literacy & educational training, tuition & scholarship grants & resources, Ex-offender re-entry & transitional housing programs, legal & family initiatives for abuse prevention/intervention, training & counseling referrals for at risk youth, temporary and permanent housing  placement resources, job training & skill enhancement services, business development, ,estate building. financial planning, investment, & home ownership initiatives to heighten the quality of life & better service the communities in which we live around the globe. We provide and facilitate:

    • Emergency Housing For Displaced Families
    • Training, Counseling, & Educational Services For Higher Learning
