Terms & Conditions:

Custom Carriers reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time by posting a revised version hereof. The submission of this form and your signature bears your agreement to our terms and conditions and the acceptance of any revisions made or will be made. 

Payment Terms:

Due to the nature of the service provided, once the invoice is paid, all agreements made between Custom Carriers and your company are binding and ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS. Usage of Custom Carriers services implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

All Payments are to be made in US Dollars. Your company agrees to pay Custom Carriers the applicable fees for the service that will be provided. Full payment is due at the time of invoice. Any unpaid invoices will be voided after 72 hours of  viewing. If company breaches the terms of the contract or issues a "charge back" for services rendered, your company shall be liable for damages in the amount equal to the original transaction plus a $75.00 "chargeback" fee. 

Custom Carriers will recruit, screen, and hire drivers in accordance with law, job specifications, and driver qualifications. We will assign drivers to your company that possesses the requested qualifications requested by you. Some qualifications requested may be voided due to the subject matter of Custom Carriers beliefs and ways of business. 

Liability:

Custom Carriers assume no liability or responsibility for the content submitted by the users of this site. We are not reponsible for an inaccuracies or false information provided by any company or driver.
