Risks, Cancellations and Insurance
Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases Custom Memories Travel:

Custom Memories Travel is released from, any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel, including COVID-19 regulations.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to have proper passports or government issued IDs where permitted. For information concerning possible dangers at international destinations, contact the Travel Advisory Section of the U. S. State Department, (202) 647-5225, or access the State-Department's on-line travel advisory service.
It is also the passenger's responsibility to research and understand all rules pertaining to COVID-19 and travel. Passengers must also acquire any required tests for COVID-19 prior to travel and present required proof of testing to authorities in destination. Custom Memories Travel can not be held responsible for any interruption, delay or cancellation of trip due to non-compliance or positive test that prevents the passengers from enjoying the vacation they intended.
Custom Memories Travel shall not be responsible for any injuries, losses or damages in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or structural integrity of air, sea, and ground transportation and accommodations, diseases (including COVID-19), local laws, terrorists acts, bankruptcy or cessation of supplier or carrier services, climatic conditions, Acts of God, delays, changes or cancellation of travel due to weather conditions or the COVID-19 pandemic, hotel services, accidents or health related problems before or while in-transit to (e.g., an accident on the way to a tour), during, and after a tour, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside of Custom Memories Travel’s control.
The traveler acknowledges that the advance deposit is non-refundable in any case. The traveler understands that the advance deposit is applied to the final payment of booking. If booking is canceled and rebooked within 30 days at the same property, another $200 advance deposit will not be collected. However, if the traveler wishes to explore other options of properties, an additional advance deposit will be required in order for current research to be done. If booking is canceled by client prior to travel and not rebooked within 30 days of cancellation, Custom Memories Travel charges a $200 service fee if a service fee or advance deposit has not already been charged to the traveler prior to booking. Should the travel be rebooked after 30 days at the same or different property, another advance deposit (or service fee when appropriate) will be collected to begin research of the new trip.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to protect their purchases and Travel Insurance is strongly recommended, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic if passengers choose to travel. Traveler is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against these risks; information is available through Custom Memories Travel regarding travel insurance. Traveler's retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members.
By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected, including but not limited to COVID-19 complications. Traveler is hereby warned of the above risks as well as possible travel industry bankruptcies and medical and climatic disruptions, and the possibility traveler may be unable to travel as scheduled because of personal emergency.
The traveler understands that Custom Memories Travel will only be able to service the bookings that have been made directly with Custom Memories Travel. Custom Memories Travel will not have access to bookings not made with their IATA number and is not able to help rearrange bookings made personally, even if on the same itinerary.
