Coming into 2023 we have two MAIN programs running.
1. SHRED and 2. Flexible Fat Loss
These programs are both customized - they will both challenge you AND get you amazing results, but enrolling in the RIGHT one for YOU is important. Both can be home or gym based.
Although the programs are very similar in aspects such as delivery, quality, duration and pricing - the biggest difference is that SHRED is is NOT a beginner program. You MUST have a foundation to BOTH training and nutrition. This program requires training 4-5x per week (50-60min), plus 2-5x cardio, 1 hour of mindset work PER WEEK, and includes a disciplined diet.
YOU NEED a work out bench for the Ultimate Fat Loss home program training.
Flexible Fat Loss is also completely customized to YOU and your lifestyle, and will require you to step out of your comfort zone. Training can be 3-5x per week with 25-60min work outs, created based on your goals & schedule. It includes a more "flexible" dieting approach, but mindset work is also required!
