Contest Rules
- 1.     Eight contestants will be randomly selected. To enter you must complete this form. You will also complete a waiver to participate at the event.
  
  2.     Must be at least 18 years old to participate and show proof of age at the event.
  
  3.     All contestants must sign release form and be in a Zombie costume.
  
  4.     Zombie Brain Cakes and water are provided.
  
  5.     No hands may be used. They must remain behind your back.
  
  6.     The person who eats the most “Zombie Brain” cake the fastest (and keeps it down) in 5 minutes wins.
  
  7.     Contestants who regurgitate any food will be disqualified.
  
  8.     The Zombie Brain Eating Contest will be held at the Hot1079 music stage at 2:30pm on the library plaza.
  
  9.     All contestants should check-in at the Downtown Fort Wayne Information tent by 1:45pm.
  
  10. Judges’ decisions are final.
  
  11. Winner of the contest and a friend will carry the banner and lead the Zombie Walk as the Zombie Master which be held at 3:00, shortly after the contest.
  
  12. Medical gowns and caps will be provided for all 8 contestants to use during the Brain Eating contest.
