Permission must be obtained from all authors and illustrators involved in the entry. For collaborative works, their contact details must also be provided.
Classifications
Entrants are responsible for selecting the appropriate category for their submission.
Electronic Signature and Declaration
By submitting this form, you acknowledge that:
- The submission constitutes an electronic signature.
- The submitted work is unpublished and has not been accepted for publication at the time of entry.
- Previously awarded works may only be submitted if significant revisions have been made.
- The entry is your own original work, created without the use of artificial intelligence.

Category Consolidation
As has been done in previous years - If there are not enough entries into a single section, the section will be consolidated with another similar category in this competition if possible. If the category can not be consolidated, it will be cancelled, and entrants will be refunded.
This will be done at the organiser’s discretion.
Confirmation and Updates
An automated confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. If your email address changes before the conference, notify the organisers promptly.
