          •    Report injuries immediately and remove any athlete showing signs of injury or distress.

          •    Never use physical punishment or conditioning as retaliation.

      2. Sportsmanship & Professional Behavior

          •    Accept all officials’ decisions without argument or escalation.

          •    Display calm, positive leadership at all times.

       3. Player Development Over Winning

          •    Focus on teaching fundamentals, teamwork, discipline, and confidence.

          •    Ensure all athletes receive fair playing opportunities based on effort, attendance, and attitude.

      4. Respect for Opponents & Officials

          •    Shake hands respectfully before and after games.

          •    Do not question, harass, or intimidate referees or opposing coaches.

      7. Parent & Team Communication

          •    Communicate respectfully with parents at all times.

          •    Encourage parents to model good sportsmanship.

       8. Integrity & Fair Play

          •    No cheating, falsifying documents, recruiting players illegally, or manipulating age/grade information.
