Parade Entries
What type of unit(s) are you entering into the parade? Select at least one of the following choices. If you'd like to use more than one vehicle to represent your theme or to accommodate participants, please select all that apply. In the text boxes below, fill in details for each entry selection.
Float: type of vehicle(s) and length of trailer/float(s). If more than one, list each floats length
Color Guard/Honor Guard: list the number of people in the unit. If a vehicle(s) will be following them, list quantity & type of vehicle(s)
Car(s)/Truck(s)/Motorycles: list the quantity and types of vehicles
Large vehicles/Firetrucks/tanks/tractor trailers: list how many and length of vehicles
Walkers/Marchers/Performers/non-motorized vehicles (bikes/scooters): list how many will be walking (Performers do not stop to perform for judges)
Marching Band: How many are in your band? Will you have any vehicles with you in the parade - type & quantity
Animals: list quantity & types of animals that will be in the parade not on a float/vehicle
Other: describe in detail your entry. Include size, number of participants, and other pertinent information.
Please write a brief description/announcement that will be read by our commentators when your entry passes by the judges stand

Please read the included rules and regulations and indicate your understanding of the condition of your participation by checking the boxes next to each rule:
Lineup is between 9:00 a.m. – 9:45 a.m.
NO Throwing Candy or other items! - Any items handed out must be done by walkers, NOT from vehicles
Only floats and parade participants are allowed in lineup area
Stage floats and participants to the right side of the eastbound road, the left side of the eastbound road needs to be kept clear for vehicles to move to their sites
No trash may be left at your staging site
All participants will follow the directions of Parade Committee, Parade Marshals, and Law Enforcement personnel
I will read and follow the parade etiquette and rules that are sent upon my application.

Family Fun Day Entries
FAMILY FUN DAY begins after the parade is over and runs until 2 pm. Each 10x10 booth space needed requires an entry fee. All fees are non-refundable. Spaces do not have access to power or water. Please bring everything you need with you: tent/chairs/etc. You are responsible for cleaning up around your area before you leave. Please email us with any questions! Family Fun entry -Any food sales and cooking on the premises requires a county license or temporary permit which must be posted. Booths are not allowed to give away free food.
