Location: Sheraton Suite Chicago O'Hare - 6501 Mannheim Rd, Rosemont, IL 60018

The Hotel Reservations are required to secure you room at the discounted rate. Each night is $179 plus tax that will be payable directly to the organizer.

Available Check-in: Monday, October 20th after 1 pm

Available Check-out: Monday, October 27th before 11 am

* You will also be asked to provide a credit card at check-in for incidentals; the hotel reserves the right to place a hold on this credit card for up to two room nights or 50% of your stay, whicher is greater and the hold can remain on your credit card for up to 3 days after you check-out. This is a hotel policy, and is subject to the hotel’s discretion, and is not a policy of the Organizers. Once you have paid you hotel room, no refunds will be issued after October 9th, if you cancel.
TRAVEL

You are responsible for your own travel arrangements; however, the hotel in Chicago provides a shuttle service to and from the airport.

Typically, the shuttle is at the airport each hour from 4 AM - 11:50 PM (latest pickup.)
