Essential Duties:
• Work closely with Foreman and Crew in installation of landscape construction projects and maintenance.
• Always represent the company’s best interest, maintain the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site, and assist Foreman and Crew in keeping everything orderly and stocked.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, tools and vehicles.
• Perform physical installation and work on a consistent basis.
• Work as part of a team and take direction.
• Understand and meet production and project schedule deadlines without sacrificing great customer service or excellent quality.
• Attend training classes and seminars as requested by management.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned/instructed by Foreman and/or Owners.
Requirements:
• 1 year minimum previous residential and/or commercial landscape construction experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean DMVR.
• Knowledge and experience in installing a variety of hardscape applications.
• Knowledge of perennials, shrubs, evergreens, and trees.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and detailed oriented.
• Must be professional in appearance and actions.
• Great time management skills; available for seasonal long hours.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals of differing backgrounds, knowledge and skill levels.
Work Conditions:
• Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, small engine equipment, heavy equipment, and materials.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly through an entire work shift.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Work near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis.
• Work outdoors in various conditions including heat and humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold.
