  • Completeing this application is the first step in potentially owning a puppy from Dark Knight Kennel, but it does NOT guarantee a puppy from us or any litter we produce. We as the breeder reserve the right to refuse any placement at any time.

  • APPROVAL & DEPOSIT: Applications will be reviewed within 24hrs of receipt. Applications are processed in the order they are received. If there are any questions about the application, someone will reach out and ask for clarification. In that time you have 72hrs to respond and place a non refundable deposit. We breed between 2-3 times a year. We decide planning and breeding at the beginning of each year which at that point we accept only 7-8 deposits per litter. X-rays will be completed 45 days into the pregnancy. Once the litter has arrived, we will notify the pre reserved families. Selections will take place at 4 weeks of age. Any available pups will be advertised to the public at that time. If you make a deposit, you are committing to taking a puppy from the litter we agreed upon via the pup contract unless communicated and approved by the breeder to switch to another expected litter. Note our litters reserve extremely quick.

  • YOUR PICK OF PUPPY: Puppies will be chosen in order of deposits received. We take into consideration any gender you may want but we cannot guarantee it. If you have already placed your deposit and you elect that you do not want a puppy from the current litter agreed upon, we can move you to our next pairing IF a slot is available. It is possible you could lose your current pick slot and you will be offered what we have available based on availability. Example (You have 1st pick with one litter but move to another litter and we only have 3rd pick available)

  • TAKE HOME DAY: We schedule appointment times 2 weeks prior to the day of pick up with our new familes to avoid a cluster of family present at once. We are still practicing safe distancing due to COVID-19 concerns being prevelant as well as to be able to provide 1 on 1 time with each family and answer any questions. Puppies are to be paid in full minimum 2 days prior to pick up. If we are delivery your puppy typically we will make deliveries after pups being picked up have all gone to their new homes. We cannot hold puppies for an extended time. Socialization for a Corso pup with his/her new family and new permanent surroudings is crucial to their temperaments. We charge a daily boarding fee of $20 for each additional day we have the pup after the agreed upon take home day. If you have events or family plans, please be aware that puppies cannot be boarded until 4 months of age and have had all there immunizations completed first. We offer boarding for our extended Dark Knight "KAH-NAY KOR-SO"  families for a fee. We do require an evaluation prior to the boarding reservation.

  • CONTRACT: Each puppy goes home on a contract and we do not place a puppy in a new home without a signed contract. Pups are required to see a licensed Vet within 72hrs of take home with documented proof in order for us to honor our 2 year health guarantee. If you have any questions about any specific terms, you need to contact us PRIOR to placing your deposit. Once a deposit it placed, It is NON REFUNDABLE.

  • REGISTRATION PAPERS: Our beautiful dogs are registered with ICCF, ICCF/AKC or ICCF/FCI. All of our puppies will go home with Full Registration unless reserved as a pet companion (Limited Registration). You are to register the dog under Dark Knight kennel name.
