• This online form is available on our official website- https://davpsara.in under PROVISIONAL REGISTRATION Tab. It can be viewed & filled using any web browser application installed on any multimedia Smartphone / Tablet / Desktop PC enabled with JavaScript Plug-in.
• The form is enabled with LIVE Photo Feature. The candidate needs to give access to the Camera of the device after clicking Take Photo Button.  
  
• Please understand that this Form is provisionally created for data collection and reference of information filled by the candidates interested for taking admission in DAV Public School, Ara. Therefore, it does not guarantee final Registration / Admission in the school.  
• After final Submission CONFIRMATION PAGE will appear. PDF copy of the submitted application will also be delivered through CONFIRMATION E-MAIL on the registered E-mail ID.
• Online Payment of Rs. 500/- against  Registration charges can be made only after 48 hours of final submission.
• For making online payment candidates need to use the link- http://dhanupura.paybilldav.com/ and fill the PROVISIONAL REGISTRATION NO. starting with 330035 to fetch details. 
  
• Original Registration Form can be obtained only from the school campus on all working days between 9 A.M. to 12:30 P.M by payment of Rs. 500/- (in cash only).
• On PDF Copy of the submitted Form a UNIQUE REGISTRATION ID will be generated. 
  
• Also understand that information filled in the Original Registration Form must correlate with this Application Form as it subject to verification with original documents.
• For admission in Std.-8 / Std.-9 / Std.-11 the seats are limited. 
• Selection / Admission of the candidate in the applied class is subject to recommendation of school's Selection Committee as well as consideration of  Head of the Institution.
• At the end of this form requisite documents at the time of Registration / Admission have been enlisted for your kind information.
