BEST OF THE BEST 2026 QUALIFIER INFORMATION
Please read all information carefully before completing your BOTB Qualifier Entry.

Age Requirements
Pee Wee: 10 & Under (IBRA Age Rules)
Youth: 18 & Under (IBRA Age Rules)

How Do I Know If I Qualified?
You qualify by placing 1st, 2nd, or 3rd at an approved BOTB Qualifying Show.

A list of qualifying shows is available on our website.

If you're unsure whether your show was a qualifier, please contact the show producer.

Don't see your show listed but believe you qualified?

Please text only to 330-771-3205, and we will gladly look into it for you.

If your qualifier was a Storybook event, please text and request a phone call.

Please note: Some qualifying shows may have changed dates or been canceled but may still appear on the list.

BOTB 2026 Qualifying Shows
The complete list of qualifying races can be found on our website.

BOTB Slot Race Rules
Riders may enter up to two (2) qualified horses.
No horse substitutions are permitted in any BOTB Slot Race.
You may qualify for multiple Slot Races; however, a horse may only compete in one Barrel Slot Race.
Example
If you qualify in both the Youth and the Open on the same horse, you must choose which Slot Race that horse will compete in.

You may:

Run one horse in the Open Slot Race.
Run another horse in the Youth Slot Race.
You may not run the same horse in both.

Any given horse can only be entered in 1 Slot Race

Pee Wee's can enter 2 horses on horses they qualified on

Exception:
The same horse may compete in both the Pole Slot Race and the Barrel Slot Race.

Time Rolls
Times may be rolled from:

Slot Race to Open Classes
Slot Race to Prospective Sidepots
Times may not be rolled from:

One Slot Race to another Slot Race

Official BOTB Apparel
Each rider will receive one (1) set of BOTB apparel.

To receive your apparel, you must:

Enter your BOTB Slot Race.
Complete the Apparel Information Form.
Submit all information by July 19, 2026.
No exceptions.

If your apparel information is not submitted by the deadline, your apparel cannot be ordered.

You must be entered in a BOTB Slot Race to receive apparel.

All other classes may be entered at a later date.

Apparel Sizing
Please choose your size carefully.

Remember:

It's much easier to wear apparel that is a little too big than apparel that is too small.
