ALL ENTRIES FOR BOTB AND ON THE ROAD ORG LLC
By making nomination to the 2025 BOTB barrel race, ("Event"), I hereby agree to abide by any and all rules and conditions established for the Event or any changes thereto ("Rules") as are determined by OTR, in its sole discretion. A complete copy of the Rules is available at ontheroadwithdawnandclea.com, which shall supersede the provisions of this Entry Form if there are any conflicts and shall be deemed to be part of the Rules. All parties (owners, riders, trainers, etc.) involved in the Event are responsible for reading and fully understanding the Rules. I shall be deemed to have read and fully understanding the Rules if I choose to participate in the Event and shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to abide by them and to waive any Claims against OTR, its affiliates, employees and sponsors from any liability in connection with the Event.
I understand and acknowledge that livestock-related events, including, without limitation, the Event, are inherently dangerous activities and that my involvement, participation and attendance at the Event may expose me to substantial and serious hazards and risks of property damage, personal injury and/or death (collectively, "Claims"). In consideration of my involvement and opportunity to participate in the Event, I agree to assume sole responsibility for any and all such risks and Claims in connection with the Event, whether or not known to me at this time.
I further agree to discharge, waive, release and covenant not to sue OTR, its affiliates, employees or sponsors from all claims, demands and liabilities, whether known, unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, future or contingent, for any and all property damage, personal injury and/or death arising from or relating to my involvement or participation in the Event. I understand and agree that OTR is permitting me to participate in the Event in reliance on the terms herein.
THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. BY ENTERING THE EVENT AND OR SIGNING BELOW, YOU ARE RELEASING ON THE ROAD ORG LLC AND OTHER PARTIES FROM LIABILITY. PLEASE READ THESE PROVISIONS CAREFULLY.
