  • Please detail what your original meeting date and time was, then indicate what date and time you would like the individual Zoom session changed to.

    If the Zoom session was scheduled as a recurring meeting, indicate which occurence of the meeting you want changed, or if you want all of the recurring meeting dates and times that you want changed. 

    If this is a cancellation of an existing scheduled or recurring Zoom session, please detail what your original meeting date and time was. It will be your responsibility to notify the invitees that this Zoom session has been cancelled via email.

    There are several options for setting up Zoom meetings, but we are offering two options for meeting set up today:

    - Meetings can be set up with a "waiting room". Attendees can enter the waiting room prior to the meeting start time. For the meetings, the passcode and meeting ID features will be turned on as a security measure. The host will admit each participant. Choose Yes below. 

    - Alternatively, the meeting can be scheduled where all participants can join the meeting prior to or after the host starts the meeting. Choose No below. 

    - A third option is available, but is only used for Zoom events where registration is required and limits who attends the Zoom session. This would be a special request and require a list of preregistration participants in advance.

    However, when you hit submit, you will get a Thank you message and will also receive an email confirmation with your submission details.
