Diane’s Pet Rescue has generously agreed to assist you in placing your pet in a new home. The terms of this agreement are as follows: Once the pet is surrendered to our rescue, you're giving up all rights to this pet. If for any reason Diane’s decides to no longer assist you in placing your pet, you will take the animal back into your possession within 24 hours of being notified. By signing below, I acknowledge that surrendered animals may be transferred to partnering rescue organizations or to approved traveling exotic animal education programs/petting zoos when appropriate. I grant Diane’s Pet Rescue full discretion to determine the most suitable placement for the animal based on its temperament, species-specific needs, and available resources.
