We are requiring ALL GUESTS during phase 1 & 2 of our re-opening, to wear a facial covering that wraps around their ears. Our staff will be wearing them as well.
When you arrive for your appointment, PLEASE CALL OR TEXT YOUR STYLIST OR THE SALON (517)783-5330 TO LET THEM KNOW YOU HAVE ARRIVED. Once it is secure for you to enter the building, you will be notified.
We are asking for a strict 24 hour cancellation policy be observed for all scheduled appointments, due to the limited capacity to accomodating guests. You will be charged full service price if this policy is not observed. All appointments booked with Divinity employees will be secured with a credit card.
Please no additional people in the salon, we are only allowing the scheduled person into the salon for their appointment. Please call to make arrangements if you require someone to accompany you for physical assistance.
In consideration for providing services, by signing this form, you agree to accept all responsibility of the possible risk of exposure to COVID-19. We are taking the safety of all our guests as well as our staff very seriously. Our new safety/sanitary protocols are in place to protect you to the best of our abilities. You agree to have services perfomed at your own risk and do not hold Divinity liable. This applies to all owners, self-employed staff and employees. You also acknowledge to abide by all our safety protocols set in place to reduce the spread of this virus.
