Mahi Pono is not obligated to award a lease to you as a result of this submittal. Sub-leases are prohibited. If you are a U.S. citizen and have resided in the State of Hawaii for less than three (3) years or a permanent status alien and have resided in the State of Hawaii for less than five (5) years, you do not meet the eligibility requirement to hold a Mahi Pono lease.
